What is a roll-off container?

A roll-off container is used for holding waste generated from things such as renovation to house, construction sites, home cleanups, yard cleanups etc.  It comes in various sizes ranging from 6 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards.

What is a front end service?

A front end container is for commercial use.  It is ideal for restaurants, auto body shops, any commercial institution that generates waste on an ongoing basis.  It is picked up and dumped out on a scheduled basis ie. monthly, bi weekly, weekly depending on the customers request.  Sizes include 2, 4,6 and 8 cubic yards.

What is a compactor service?

A compactor is a sealed container which is loaded through a hopper and compacted inside the container by hydraulic force.  It is typically used in industrial & commercial applications and comes in a wide variety of sized ranging from 2-40 yards.

What is junk removal service?

A junk removal service is a full service option that allows customers to have the freedom to point at what they want removed and have it taken away by our licensed staff.  An upfront price is given depending on the size of the job.  The price varies in accordance with the volume taken up in the truck - see junk removal

What can I put in the bin?

MMDS is licensed to accept any solid non-hazardous waste.  Not acceptable items include but not limited to liquid paint, aerosol cans, asbestos,  vehicle tires...

Are you licensed to work?

MMDS  is licensed by both the MOE "Ministry of Environment" and the MTO "Ministry of Transportation"

How much notice do you need to book a bin?

Most areas within Ontario require 1 day notice or sometimes same day service depending on call volumes.  There are instances in some areas where 2 day notice is required

How much does a bin cost?

Where does the waste go?

All waste goes to a licensed transfer processing facility or landfill depending on the type of waste.

What is a waste audit?

A waste audit is a provincial requirement for Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Sectors to help establish a plan for Waste reduction workplans
